Create an accurate, reliable, easy to digest document that highlights financial and strategic information for use in weekly meetings and throughout the week.
Develop a model to insure that the document is delivered in a timely manner and uses current information. The document should be named for easy reference and disseminated a few days prior to the weekly meeting so that participants can digest the information prior to attending. If your company doesn’t have a cheat sheet, create one. It’s a no brainer.
